mgfToBinStack is used in combination with MascotToQuiXML to import spectral data from Mascot's MGF files to be used in QuiXoT by converting them into binStack binary files. However, note this program is no longer being updated. We provide the source code as is, to be used with Microsoft Visual C# 2008 Express Edition.
