Exercise of rights

Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as the Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, contain a series of fundamental rights including the right of access, the right of rectification, removal, opposition and exclusion of data.

These rights might be executed by submitting this form:

1. Download the corresponding file that can be found in the privacy or transparency section of our website
2. Fill in the file correctly (a copy of your ID is not required for this telematic presentation)
3. Sign the file digitally with your DNIe or other certificate issued by a trusted electronic services provider
4. Enter your email address and attach the signed document
5. Click "Submit"
