This open forum will be held on November 29th at CNIC headquarters

The 10th edition of the CNIC PhDay 2024 will be hosted in person on November 29th at the Spanish National Center for Cardiovascular Research (CNIC). This is an annual meeting organized by PhD students and postdoctoral researchers from the Spanish National Center for Cardiovascular Research. The registration is now open and available here until October 31st.

Under the theme “Learning from the Past for a Better Future”, the event will delve into the role and impact of science within the environment and society. Despite its contemporary relevance, this topic has not been brought to focus on past editions of the CNIC PhDay.

“Therefore, we will invite experts who are in contact with science from very distinct fields and perspectives to deliver thought-provoking presentations and discussions for this 10th edition of the PhDay. A central focus will be put on a conscious use of available resources, further understanding the intricate relationship between research workflows, biotechnology, public health and the environment”, explain the organizers of the CNIC PhDay 2024.

PhDay is an open forum for undergraduate and graduate students, lab technicians and postdoctoral researchers to develop their careers as scientists, exchange new ideas and network. Each year, more than 200 people gather at CNIC to share a joyful experience that might generate new ideas and collaborations.

You never know the number of new things you can learn at PhDay!
